Want to know more about improved irrigation practices in the vegetable growing industry?

This Friday 6th of May, VegNET Gippsland and Farm Express Salads are hosting a field day in Boisdale at the Boisdale Recreation Reserve

Come along to hear about and discuss soil moisture monitoring and improved irrigation practices in the intensive vegetable growing industry. 

With a focus on growing Gippsland’s drought resilience with technology and better soil, presentations and demonstrations will be provided by:

  • Marek Matuszek, Technology Expert with Ag Logic

  • Host Grower, Walter Chadwick

  • Agriculture Victoria

  • West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority

  • EnviroVeg

Presented in collaboration with the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund, the field day will run from 12:30 – 3:00pm.
