Hatch and Harvest Programs

Farmers 2 Founders (F2F) supports producers to lead industry innovation, with guidance from experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders in the global agrifood tech ecosystem.

F2F has been formed by people who are passionate about working with the whole agrifood & fibre value chain, helping innovative producers to collaborate with agrifood innovators to develop new ideas, technologies, and capabilities that will solve real industry challenges and opportunities.

Hatch and Harvest are two popular F2F programs - and applications are open now.

Hatch is the new name for the previous F2F Ideas Program. The name says it all as, during this program, the F2F team will work with you to 'hatch' your idea! The program provides tools, resources, and coaching to validate agrifood/fibre/fisheries & aquaculture ideas and support the develop of a 3-month plan to progress the idea. 

If you have emerging agtech or value-added food ideas and are considering whether it’s possible to build a business around it, then this could be the program for you.

If you’re at a point where you’re looking for help to take the next leap forward into growth, the Harvest program provides so many benefits to innovative agritech and food businesses in this phase.

Importantly, while business founders don’t need to be primary producers, they must be able to clearly demonstrate how the success of their business will contribute to Australia’s Agrifood industry at the producer level.

The program provides funding, matching with a business coach, resources and tools, connections to strategic customers and channels, interim advisory board services, assistance to build a team, connections to mentors and experts... and so much more!
