At last weeks Breakfast with Fed talk, ‘Food Sustainability for the Future’, Federation University launched their new Bachelor of Sustainable Food Systems and some enlightening discussion on the future of food and drink was held over breakfast.

Speakers and panel members included a number of Fed Uni academics and a selection of special industry guests from Food & Fibre Gippsland, Regional Development Victoria, and Food Innovation Australia Limited (FIAL).

Our CEO, Nicola Pero and Graduate Project Officer for our Smart Specialisation Program Elena Nauta were delighted to be part of the breakfast event and shared some insights into Food & Fibre Gippsland's collaborative activity across the region and beyond with industry, community, government and research.
