Bassine Specialty Cheeses
The Bassine Speciality Cheeses shop opened in June 2014, cheese production has now been extended to three days a week. Bassine produces a range of soft cheeses, including feta, brie, camembert, washed rind, coulommiers, halloumi, ricotta, quark, fruit cheese and marinated feta. Their busy cafe is open seven days a week and employs a number of locals in a range of roles, and everyone gets to do a little bit of everything in the business.
