Awards entries deadline extended

The deadline for entries for the Gippsland Food and Fibre Awards has been extended to the 17th of September.

The Awards are a Gippsland region-based Awards program to recognise, celebrate & reward excellence in collaboration and innovation.

The competition adopts a two-tiered approach with three premier awards;

• Gippsland Agribusiness of the Year

• Young Agribusiness Leader

• Female Agribusiness Leader

These three premier awards are then followed by a range of category awards across the entire food & fibre supply chain.

The program engages and showcases the best of Gippsland’s $7 billion food and fibre sector, creating an opportunity and delivering a platform to position Gippsland’s agribusinesses as leaders in the country and beyond.

The Awards are an important vehicle for recognising success, sharing achievements, improving dialogue for collaboration and inspiring others in our region.
